Refund & Cancellation Policy

All recharge purchases made under prepaid plans are final and non-cancellable. Once a recharge transaction is successfully completed, no cancellation, refund, or exchange will be permitted, except in the limited circumstances described in this policy.

Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct account number or service details when purchasing a recharge. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or refund requests arising from recharges made to an incorrect account number or incorrect service details provided by the customer.

In the event that a transaction has been successfully completed on the website and payment has been deducted from the customer's bank account, credit card, or debit card, but the recharge has not been delivered within 24 hours, the customer may request support for the transaction.

Customers must report such issues by: Sending an email to [broadband@aerloop.com] for broadband users, or corpsupport@aerloop.com for corporate Customers Submitting a request through the Contact Us page on the website. The request must include the following information:

1. Recharge amount

2. Transaction date

3. Order number

4. Username or Registered Mobile Number

5. Any relevant payment reference details (if available)

   
   

Upon receiving the request, aerLoop will investigate the transaction. If it is determined that the payment was successfully charged but the recharge was not delivered due to a technical or system error, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the transaction amount.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction, subject to applicable banking procedures.

aerLoop reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the transaction and supporting details before processing any refund request. The Company also reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, and the updated version will be published on the website.
